Order Cancellation, Product Exchanges, and Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order you must send an email to info@theinyourface.com. If your order has already been processed IN YOUR FACE LLC is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred and the refund will consist of the merchandise total cost less shipping.
Email cancellations must contain the following: first name, last name, order number, date of order, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please also provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
IN YOUR FACE LLC is committed to guaranteeing the quality of its products. If needed our customer service department is able to replace any IN YOUR FACE product within 60 days of the original purchase date. For replacement, IN YOUR FACE asks for proof of any quality issue by emailing a digital photo clearly showing the issue whenever possible to info@theinyourface.com
Please confirm the shipping address and a replacement will be sent out promptly.
REFUND POLICY
If a customer is not satisfied with a product manufactured by IN YOUR FACE LLC they can request a full refund of their purchase less shipping within 30 days of purchase. To obtain a full refund less shipping a customer has to request a return shipping address by emailing us at info@theinyourface.com
We require that customers claiming a refund send back the product itself within 45 days of original purchase. The refund will be processed upon return of the product.
IN YOUR FACE LLC reserves the right to change its order cancellation, product exchanges, and refund policies without prior notice. July 14, 2014
