SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING DRIVING of CARS/MOTORCYCLES, BIKING, & RECREATIONAL VEHICLES

While installing a holder please note that driving a vehicle leads to vibrations that may loosen a previously secure hold. It is your sole responsibility to place In Your Face flexible holders safely & secure and use any holder made by In Your Face LLC in a manner that will not cause accidents, personal injury or property damage. It is your sole responsibility to observe safe driving practices and to ensure that a holder is installed securely and in compliance with the laws of operation for each state or country in which the holder is used.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING USE WITH BABY APPS ON CRIBS OR PLAYPENS

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A PLAYTOY as its clamps, neck, or any other part could cause injury, choking, strangulation, or death. To avoid injury, attach In Your Face flexible holders with smart phone onto a secure position on the crib or nearby furniture. Be sure all vibration sources are eliminated before using this Product when hung across a crib or playpen, do not use any crib toys or accessories that may produce vibrations. Other sources of vibrations may include fans, washing machines, loud music, etc. These sources of vibration may loosen the grip of In Your Face flexible holders.

In Your Face flexible holders including smart phone, when hung across a crib or playpen, SHOULD BE REMOVED WHEN THE BABY REACHES FIVE MONTHS OF AGE to avoid the risk of any baby pulling up from the crib to stand. Mount this Product with or without smart phone a MINIMUM OF THREE FEET AWAY from the crib –out of reach of the child- when the baby is older than five months of age.

In Your Face flexible holders, if disassembled, has small parts that may cause choking hazards and ingestion could cause illness or injury. This Product must be used with caution and common sense in order to avoid damage or injury. In Your Face LLC is not liable for use of this product in a way that may cause accidents, damage or that may violate law.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING DRIVING IN CALIFORNIA AND MINNESOTA

In Your Face LLC bears no responsibility for any fines, penalties or damage that may be incurred by disregarding this notice. While driving in any state with windshield mounting restrictions, In Your Face LLC recommends the use of In Your Face flexible holders mounted to a fixed surface such as the center console of a car, but In Your Face LLC can not guarantee that every vehicle has such required fixed surface.

California Vehicle Code Section 26708 (a) (1) provides that “No persons shall drive any motor vehicle with an object or material placed, displayed, installed, affixed or applied upon the windshield or side or rear windows.” Drivers in California should not use a suction mount on their windshield, side or rear windows.
Note: this section of the California Vehicle Code applies to anyone driving in California, not just California residents.

Minnesota State Legislature Statutes Section 169.71, subdivision 1, section 2 provides that “A person shall not drive or operate with any objects suspended between the driver and the windshield other than sun visors and rearview mirrors and electronic toll collection devices.”
Note: this Minnesota Stature applies to anyone driving in Minnesota, not just Minnesota residents.
